Toyota (despite big
budget) not really up to
challenge the main pack yet. Would prefer to see them back in WRC |

Schumi
catching up .. The Master still ends up with points despite 4 pit stops
and pit-lane drive-thru penalty |
Jordan back with
B&H as main sponsors |
Alonso zooming for first podium finish

Barrichello chasing Alonso. Barrichello eventually managed
to secure 2nd place with Alonso coming 3rd. The giant 'TV' display
telecast was a let down as it didn't display vital information such as
drivers' positions. I was not really following the race as I don't have
access to standings. The announcers (in Silly English and in Malay) didn't
help much. But the new rules introduced for 2003 indeed make it worthwhile
to follow F1 again. No real favourite this time. Dunno, The Ferarris might
bounce back. Afterall, they are still using 2002 cars |

Was
seating next to some 6 hard-core Kimi fans from Finland.. Simply could not
help rolling and celebrating with them when the Mclaren crosses the finish
line. Good weekend and looks forward to next round in 2004. |
