It has yet to undergo JPJ registration and owner was riding with temp. plate

Unfortunately didn't catch the owner's name. Imagine, 'riding' a bike with a car's transmission manual stick which is located at the rider's lower left  Didn't see how the apply clutch .. basically, the running gear is still like a car's.
